HOW TO USE

SHAMPOO
  • Apply Nature Capelli My Soft Curly Shampoo to damp hair
  • Massage gently throughout the hair
  • Remove excess water
  • Repeat process, if necessary
 
CONDITIONER
  • After washing your hair with Shampoo, apply My Soft  Curly Conditioner throughout the hair length avoiding the hair roots or scalp.
  • Let it act for 2 minutes or more.
  • Rinse the product thoroughly with water.
  • Style as desired.

  • All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 2-5 Business Days for delivery. Please allow up to 2 days to process orders.
     
    We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Nature Capelli ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email naturecapelli@gmail.com. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out the customer must reach out to the carrier to intercept the package. 
     
    If a package is returned to us for any reason (i.e. damage during delivery, incorrect address) we will issue a replacement  or store credit within 3 business days.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are  marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages.
